When a group is in flux… whether in a process of mending, planning, reckoning, visioning, or decision-making… sometimes it can help to bring in an outsider to hold, shape, and plan the space so that everybody in your group can give their whole self to the conversation.
Some of my biggest strengths as a facilitator of processes include:
- Holding your group through a big conversation: about change you want to see happen, about difficult group dynamics you want to see transform (please note: I am not a mediator), about new directions you’d like to go in, and more.
- Visioning, planning, and dreaming in big ways.
- Making a decision that feels so big that you really want the process to be right (i.e. collaborative, democratic, caring, etc.).
I often co-facilitate with my brilliant colleague and friend Maya Menezes. If you are interested in having a facilitator (or two) come in to support your team in making change happen in a way that centres care, complexity, and collectivity, please be in touch!
