My name is Kate Klein. I’m a college teacher, a community organizer, and a facilitator who helps groups work better together.

I am passionate about liberatory and trauma-informed education, about collaborative decision-making, and about building social movement cultures that help us win without burning us out. Relationships as movement strategy, relationships as pedagogy.

My central offerings include:

  • Workshops for knowledge workers about complexity-centred and neurodiversity-informed teaching/facilitation practices

  • Workshops and coaching for social movement groups about developing and sustaining consensus-based decision-making processes

  • Teaching and research on the topic of “school wounds”

  • Creative facilitation of group processes (e.g. strategic planning, visioning, decision-making, having “tough” conversations, etc.)
